Dearest and Most Recent Son!

What a tickle I got, when you wrote me a letter, this past Sunday.  You were lucid and creative in your penning an excellent imploring letter to get back your device.  I am grateful to Aunt Jo for giving us this vehicle of interaction that engaged us in such wonderful expressions of written love for eachother.

Reminding oneanother that we love eachother is something that I hope we never outgrow.

You refered to me as the wife of your father who you love and other such exaltations.  You told me that idleness is something that you are trying to avoid and other such things that I am sorry that I can't find the letter to quote back to you.  I promise to scan it in, if I ever find that letter.

At 13 years old you are prolific and I hope that you can make great use of that ability that you have.  I may make you write me everyday to get your device, just to keep your pen active.  Your handwriting is attrocious, but nevertheless the use of vocabulary and the heart of a writer is very capable.

Don't miss your great gift and use it for Jesus and not just to butter up your mother here and there.

I love you so much,   Your most ancient mother,  Jayne
